I tried to stick to the facts but I take head of your warning regarding confirmation bias so would be grateful if you or anyone else can identify any logical fallacies.

I have personally benefited greatly from the collective input here so thanks to all involved. Even though we may not all agree, I certainly understand Capilano on a deeper level than I did beforehand.
