we need him to address:
1)whether the expenses for the next two quarters will be equally great
2) the massive employee's expense will be repeated this half
3)whether there are options to access further capital without very dilutive mechanism
4)company needs to take shareholders with it and explain and inform where the money has been spent better, getting the COO to explain to individual holders though personal achieve little
