Have reviewed a bit further - there is a $30M decrease attributed to the derivative instruments.

As at 30 June 2019 our hedges were $30M less favourable to 31 December 2018 (when oil price was in the $40s).

1. The $30M value loss would be offset by gains received via revenue
2. I am not overly concerned about the daily movement in the value of the hedge book. At todays WTI oil price our hedge book would have increased

So I am much less concerned now...
