They found someone silly enough to take 40,000,000 shares @ .005 cents at the end of March just in time so they finished the quarter with $192k in the bank.
They have tried every trick in the book to raise capital, selling gold in the ground is/was very creative but doesn't seem to have been real successful , we also saw a crack at Crypto coins using 100,000 ozs of gold as backing, apparently you were able to redeem your coins for pure gold in June 2022 , I wonder how those that bought these coins went redeeming them.

No doubt those involved are excited with the current share price.
