Read 35, 36 and 37. Plant seems to be operating way above 50% currently and as the panel says
"However, we were concerned about the delay in Alara providing this information and the lack of clarity in the overall funding structure for AHRL, especially given the multiple questions and follow up inquiries from us on this specific matter which gave Alara ample opportunity to clarify the details."
The treated the panel like they treat shareholders.
