Have a read of the takeovers panel decision and tell me this board is making smart decisions for the benefit of shareholders. We seriously need to consider a 249D.

If someone on here wants to start the 249d process count me in.
Holding 1.4 percent of the company and we only need 5 percent of shareholder apparently.
So it shouldn't be too hard.
We really need to delay/postpone any exploration expenses as nashezz referred.
