I’m not sure why you think NIC is some type of speculative penny share? The stock is simply stuck in a sideways pattern, happens to many stocks especially commodity stocks.
Over the long term SP is driven by a companies financial performance, which in NIC case is very good with potential for further growth.
Also, why are you trading a stock you think is suspicious of not delivering?
And why would BlackRock increase their holding to 7.8% if the company is speculative and shady.
Why would directors be putting a million dollars in at these prices?
Why would Baillie Gifford, a very successful investment fund increase their holdings at these prices?
