I agree Steve, we want the independents to do well, otherwise the market will stay beholden to the banks. And be seen as the only reliable 'safe' choice - I certainly would be reluctant to change now to anyone particularly a small rival - too much risk. Even if the banks are a little dearer and poorer service, if the challengers aren't seen as reliable then we get trumped by the big 4 in there marketing.
