There are very obvious questions to ask concerning 'failure to disclose'
Dec Quarterly report makes no mention of potential unrealised loss risks, nor does the AGM presentation. Both were upbeat, if overly focused upon corporate rather than performance matters.
The company has an obligation to inform its shareholders how it was that this surprise arose with no prior disclosure.
A complaint to the ASX is a very valid option.
Why would anyone take-up the share purchase offer when no information was provided concerning what the unrealised losses comprised. An arrogant report. It is all unacceptable!
