You do know if you short a share, there is an adjustment for the dividend, or everyone will be shorting Telstra and the banks the day before the dividend and everyone would be a millionaire
I also do not understand your comment regarding CSL rises because of the market, generally CSL has risen more than the market and it has done so again today. While shares like RFG is still down on days like this
