I don't see this too often for a company that makes a profit and pays a regular dividend.
The previous announcement was pretty good, so this delay is disappointing. Just when ADA was regaining its footing, they create uncertainty, which investors hate.
Interestingly, the delay may be for positive reasons. Who knows?
