Agreed, given the conditions is a better than expected result. Only direction i can see from here is up.
Aside from Victoria, the reality people in the other states are now "living with Covid" i.e like South Korea, where the risk is there but people are being are more attentive in wearing masks, using hand sanitiser etc. Just visiting two of my local Westfields in Sydney over the weekends alone show that crowds are returning. It was busy... so much so even find a parking spot took a while to come by.
