It looks bad on the statutory numbers, but its all property valuations writedowns, it unlikely to be repeated, at least to that extent, damage is done already.
Even with that $4b hit, net tangible assets is $3.66 per share (down from $4.46)
Operationally it was $361.9m FFO
Could be a buying opportunity this morning.
