This is an incredibly strong result in terms of rent collection and liquidity management, above expectations and way better than URW or VCX that are 50% or less.
They have opted (rightly imo.) for moral authority in negotiations of rent and waivers, in their undertakings with SME in both AU and NZ while not taking JobKeeper, I'm impressed by the management team.
