It has not escaped my attention that there has been no market announcement about the property sale going unconditional.
The last announcement on the matter indicated that it should go unconditional by 'mid Feb' with cash settlement in early March. Well, we are a little over mid-Feb now...
Hopefully there hasn't been some kind of last minute snafu.
Not that I spend too much time wondering why other investors trade their shares for $x/share each day...but the lack of confirmation of the sale may be a factor holding the SP back at the moment.
