    I believe the delay is 100% attributable to buying some time to wait for 2d/Orcon to get their shit sorted.

    The wording, flavour of the announcements 100% lines up with this. They DONT NEED TO HOLD ONTO THE MONEY AS THE BUSINESS IS CLEARLY NOT AT RISK!

    So why are they? Good times ahead.

    As per JTH on sharetrader, i believe you will see institutional buying activity off the basis of these reports.
