I believe the delay is 100% attributable to buying some time to wait for 2d/Orcon to get their shit sorted.
The wording, flavour of the announcements 100% lines up with this. They DONT NEED TO HOLD ONTO THE MONEY AS THE BUSINESS IS CLEARLY NOT AT RISK!
So why are they? Good times ahead.
