No interim dividend announced (2022 half-year was 4 cents per share).

Presentation on page 19 has a bullet point under ‘Key Highlights’ stating ‘Deferral of Consideration of Interim Dividend’.

On the investor call just now, in response to an analyst question, reason given was the pending potential change of control transaction (i.e. the Paine Schwartz approach), with an update on same expected in mid-September.
