I think this stock is well positioned, I was here maybe 12-18 months ago but moved along because it just didn’t suit my investment profile.
But for an investor looking for potential bedrock stocks, decent dividend yield, well managed business with growth upside… ALX looks like a very good pick to be in the stable.
