I noticed that in the financial report (p. 12 Going Concern) a working capital deficiency of $134.8 million, which raises a "material uncertainty" leading to significant doubt as to whether Wellard will be able to continue as a going concern. The solution, as Wellard discuss in the financial report, is to realise assets, get debt or raise equity.

To me, the ideal is sell assets rather that increase debt (they are already loaded) or equity (given such a low SP and poor investor sentiment).
