I have to say I just don't see it. Debt will be roughly 1 year's EBITDA. That's a crisis.
It doesn't look like there was a fall in acquisition sales. They continue as trended pre-ownership.
Gross margins have behaved as expected.
The top product continues to gain market share, from the top market position.
I just don't see it. This thing dropped like a dead goose from the sky and I can't see why. Can anyone shed some light?
