Had a quick look at shortman this morning- would you believe NXT is the 23rd most shorted stock with 7.54% of all shares? The shorts alone will drive this high today!
Looking at the presentation NXT only have 39MW of capacity contracted at present. They have 86MW to sell/contract due to the new DCs that have been completed or will soon be completed. So much growth still to come!
