Yeh I think it's basically more build out of white space. My theory is that they would have higher infrastructure contributions (inflated project costs) given it's not an all-in-one product.
I think the $/MW increases are made up largely from increases in connectivity services.
i.e. when you first rollout new MW and customer's are initially setting up. They aren't paying much in connectivity. Over time they mature and start acquiring more & more services from the market (which drives cross-connects).
e.g. they are getting ~$3.70-$4M/MW and then + 10% for connectivity.
