On valuation grounds, I no longer own RWC and, given the demands of reporting season, I'm afraid I haven't had a chance to properly assess the results.
I did take brief look and it struck me that the legacy business's growth was a bit softer than I recall it being in the past.
Which, the cynic in me is inclined to think, might inform the motivation to make the John Guest acquisition. But treat that as the unqualified comment which it is.
