I would be surprised to see a capital raising, I read recently that the Israeli Govt had a facility where SBW could take a loan of about $1.25million.
"The priority for the remainder of 2020 is to continue to ensure adequate liquidity for the company" sounds like no CR, but getting through a tight few months before cashflow starts increasing.
Short term there are day traders trapped on Half Yearly not having block buster news, I think HY will continue to attract longer term buyers.
SBW is building well for strong moves over the next few months.
