Huh??
CSL were involved in potential vaccine development / production from the outset.
They collaborated with UQ on a vaccine which was ultimately abandoned (due more from problems with perception than reality) as well as early on had an agreement to produce the Oxford vaccine under license. Obviously this is the one they are producing (under agreement with Government) as our main use vaccine.
The logistics getting to where they are now is enormous and to suggest they said they were too busy is ridiculous..........................
