I cannot answer the question but if LAU bid for Scott's, it wouldn't greatly surprise if SOL gave it a loan or some other form of assistance.
Would LAU have a placement, diluting retail holders and any others not included, or couple that with a much slower to organise and finalise share purchase plan as is the practice of far larger listed companies such as REH and SDF?
