Yes, Ms Holgate runs Team Global Express. I cannot answer your other questions except that media claims KordaMentha is offering Scott's as a whole package, with probably a key question what to do about its liabilities that (obviously) exceed its assets.
It's a salient point you make that LAU and presumably Linfox have remained profitable despite the 'floods and other adverse weather plus COVID-19' that is publicly claimed to have been Scott's downfall. It's perhaps more likely its management was poor.
