Not surprising, but it's been suggested to me that LAU and competitor Linfox are waiting in the wings to buy any perceived better parts of the Scott's operation.
I assume any 'assets' considered elderly, poorly maintained, overpriced or (for real estate/leased properties) in the wrong locations or of an unsuitable size will remain unsold after these two have picked over the carcass.
