You are correct: the rest of the story has previously appeared.
'70 parties' may include industrial property developers or others looking for cold chain premises as well as much smaller road transport entities, perhaps a bit more sophisticated than the one-truck 'mum and dad' operation but not nearly as big as Lindsay, Linfox or Toll Global.
In the normal scheme of things, one would expect quite a few 'parties' to drop out after they inspect various assets.
