I don't know how this passes a going concern test. KPMG should lift their game here. This company is in serious trouble. Let's not forget, this half is usually their better half...

A revolving door of NEDS and CFO's, a family managed company that is clearly mismanaged (and dare I suggest, dishonestly managed?) and ASIC is fast asleep.

If you do a quick analysis, half their short-term assets are dubious at best, and most likely non-existent.

Also, they bought a company, of which part of the deal included a plane that now does not exist. And absolute silence! How many contracts have they broken? How much of their short-term assets is lost deposits and legal fees?

I do not believe a word these people say.
