could be......that would not surprise me at all and I have mentioned the same........reality is Talleys not only took out a T/O blocking stake in BRL but also seem to control the cash, never mind the reason.....so fair call from me about balls in the vice I would say.
One has to make assumptions with BRL because management don't disclose much info when it suits them.
