Exactly. Like I have posted over the last several years, NXT could stop acquiring more land and building more dc’s and just finish fitting out existing dc’s and sell the space. Easy. Dividends would be plentiful. But why would they do that when the runway in the dc industry has so many years left to run. This will be blue chip one day and people will be kicking themselves they never bought in or sold out to make a quick buck. Aimho. Gltah
