Are you saying that the depreciation charge last half (circa 80M) is an accounting depreciation number, and not representative of the actual depreciation?
Buildings and fit out and cooling systems etc all wear out, and do need replacing right?
If the accounting number as stated, and the real world number don't match, then yes, you could argue something.
If the 2 are similar however....
