Would have been more pivotal if done earlier.
Though would still be a good bolt on acquistion if they can pick it up cheap and take advantage of the currently inflated share price.
Would want DSD to stick around.
I think its a far more obvious use of Capital than some of the regional & Edge DC's they have been getting into.
