Tbh if they didnt waive the performance fee the loss would be astronomical(>15M or greater than the total revenue of the group) and SP would have been smashed below 30c, which means the next assessment period would apply a clawback on any performance fees they do get now. So they are still saving themselves. What they did today is not necessarily an indication of what they will do in the future, at least just yet.
