You could be right. However I did hear on the grapevine that the COO left because he was not likely to get the CEO's job, ie it was his decision to leave and he was not pushed. I know nothing about some white guy on site also moving on - perhaps that person worked with the ex-COO and they have done off together to another miner as a team.
I will continue holding my shares until I see direct reasons for selling. I would be concerned if the ore grade going to the mill fell away.
