Absolutely...cant complain about the tenant quality: Portfolio is predominantly leased to government, ASX-listed and multinational tenants.
If you have confidence in the real estate sector, which I do then this stock is the way to go.
Potential for big valuation gains in the future which should boost the NTA and in turn SP
Taking the dividends while preserving my capital base is all that I am looking for and CLW does all of that
