I don't know what report you are looking at? I still have to digest it all but my initial response to the figures I am looking at is fairly positive.
Higher revenues and higher margins
The bottom line is 4M less in cash but 7M more in inventory
A positive EPS - not profitable?
They are however spending more on marketing (which I would argue is a positive) and seem to be giving their employees a fairly generous share of the pie (which again could be argued as a positive - increased incentives)
At this price I think it is a steal and that is why I got in recently
