I don't have access to the coal prices so I don't know but you're assuming 100% hcc which is not the case. If I remember right, swc is 100% pci, ipc is mostly semi soft and poitrel is mid vol hcc and pci mix. Until Russians stop giving away their PCI the differential between pci and hcc will remain high. If I had to guess they'll probably make 300m pre capex.
