This is clearly a well run business but there was one number in there that concerned me. Active lottery users was down around 10% from a year earlier. I can only assume more online lottery users are moving to the direct platform the lottery providers now offer. Jin's share of winning 'new' users is shrinking. The managed services business is clearly designed to protect against this revenue, but still only represents 20% of revenue. Can JIN turn that into 80% of the revenue is the question.
