I’ve got the tradition grind. I don’t have it often. The first few were too weak. I made a stronger mix and it was a lot better. What mix do you use?
Interestingly last time I had some a couple of weeks back, I got home from work the next day and went down the pool and swam 600m. Most days after work I don’t have the energy to do much more than walk the dog down the beach. I’ll be interested to see if that occurs again.
