Yes I also make it strong. Two heaped tablespoons for approximately 600ml. I just shake or stir and let it sit in a glass and usually throw at the sediment at the bottom. During the day, I am able to focus better I would say and at night it helps me sleep though the night, less waking up. It is great and now I actually enjoy the taste, the texture and the tingling sensation. More senses that reel you in. A normal drink usually has 1 maybe 2 senses tops so very unique from that perspective.

I have also been working out harder lately, but not sure if I can attribute that to the Kava as I have just been pushing myself.

As for the options, any price under 1.3c (base case valuation from East Coast Analysts) would be a good buy. So really people will snap these up quick up to 0.007c IMO. I have enough heads so I am leaving the options. Alot of people who buy the options look to trade them and have no intention of exercising them unless they see real profit potential.
