Domino's Pizza launched their Online ordering in 2007/8 then introduced the first iPhone App in 2009... they didn't start to become a big thing (revenue wise) in that space until 2011/2012 and continued to grow and take further market share ongoing once they had a strong base. They now clearly dominate the space globally and in all QSR's.
It takes time, and lots of refinement.. Yes, RentPay absolutely still has a long way to go... but they are in a good market IMHO (Rent), but still need to Develop further benefit for single users and leverage the big players in the space to dominate by showing them they have sufficient value and benefit for them to join up.. (Real Estate agents etc..) ... agree, it's not there yet.
In the meantime advert based revenue is on the increase to assist with cashflow in the meantime which helps support whilst they find the leverage in the solution.
The market wont wait forever, but these things do take time.
