My understanding is the shares a worth $3.12. This is made up of $2.49 from new buyers and $0.48 from US Sales both paid mid April. There is also $0.15 paid in 6 months for deal being settled.
It means you get 5 cents if your willing to wait, I put mine on market yesterday.
