again not much good news here IMO:

The Directors regularly review projects and will update the market when progress is made. The two Hexima projects remain on hold, pending resolution of our dispute".
aware of the need to expand product pipeline but nothing IMO has been achieved with this for the past few years so IMO only words. "regular" review of projects and update market when necessary - oh dear when was the last time a positive ANN regarding product development was made??. Number of development initiatives reviewed but no doubt not proceeded with otherwise we should have heard?. The ole Hexima rears up again - company associated with Mr Dobinson from what I understand as previously mentioned in lodged reports by ACR. So how can he still be associated with ACR - is this not a conflict of interest??. Inteersting to see how it pans out.
"The Company continues to scope the acquisition of new technology, licensing and acquisition opportunities. Screening of a number of opportunities has commenced to assess". - okay have heard that before so inspires no confidence in me that anything will come of this - IMO. But hopefully something does.
" Remaining costs totalled S3.4 million (2013: 53.2 million), the increase due to advisory and legal fees incurred to assist the Company's strategy execution". - well as a SH would have liked a bit more insight on this - very vague to me so if anyone can shed light on this would be appreciated.
all in all - IMO and from my personal perspective - not much confidence that this will create confidence in the SP (but hope am wrong) and really IMO more of the same from previous ANN's.
