    I don't have the details to hand but, from memory, if Axiron sales exceed USD220M in a calendar year Acrux gets a USD50M milestone payment. This is on top of the normal royalties.
    We're into a new calendar year now so it's plausible that next Feb there will be an approx. 24c special dividend (tax free). They need a 30% increase on last year's USD170M to get there.
    The normal dividend is paid in August and has been 8c the past couple of years.

    Motley Fool captured today's presentation well describing it as feeble-natured and management not appearing hungry for success.
