Honestly I would like to see REIWA and/or MRI on the next top 20 list, I'm hoping they are behind the recent buying activity.
Have a look at how active MRI have been with acquisitions over the years and the most notable PropTech Group (was ASX listed) - REIWA was a top shareholder and MRI bought it out as soon as it was profitable.
