up to 0.4m to be paid in shares, with the present value currently at .37m meaning that they've almost hit the targets set up during acquisition.
great signs when reading between the lines especially since the co had 840,000 rev and 220,000 EBITDA.
Assuming a similar cost structure to AEIT, that revenue equates to 3,360 users (840,000/250) which also means AEIT have had a great year in terms of growth
