Yes, I agree with the long-term nature of this investment. Luckily they are borrowing and investing at a time of low interest rates My model has a SP of $5 in three years time for NXT assuming (base case) that all investment ceases when they hit their 73MW target (with associated fund raising as a mix of Capital Raising and increased borrowings). Of course I would expect further investment to continue if the 73MW became fully utilised.
But as $5 is double the current SP, if I doubled my portfolio every three years I'd be relatively happy.
